Site visit

After arranging a site visit, this is where we find the best solution and system for your roof. In-roof, off-roof, if you need battery storage or an EV charger. We’ll conduct surveys and assessments on your roof, look at your current supplier bills and give you an idea on savings so you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.

Timescales

As part of the process, we’ll give you full transparency on the timescales we set. Honesty is the best policy, so we’ll make sure you’re crystal clear on what we are setting out to achieve with you and the timescales we set.

- Case Studies

With so many exciting projects we have had the pleasure in delivering; all varying in size and technical requirement, here are a few we are proud to share with you.

Residential Project

This was a refurbishment project completed in Watford consisting of stripping existing roof coverings and installing new breathable membrane, battens and brand new Redland red concrete plain tiles with mechanically fixed ridge and hip tiles all in line with existing building regulations.

Commercial Project

A fairly large commercial refurbishment project for a hotel consisting of cleaning existing roof coverings and overlaying with a 1.5mm Sika Sarnafil single ply roofing system to make this roof watertight again. It was an easy choice for our client knowing this would come with not only our own workmanship and IBG but also a manufacturers performance warranty of 20 years.

Commercial Project

This large slate pitched roof renewal project was needed due to the fact that the original roof had been installed incorrectly leading to considerable water ingress beneath. We removed all existing natural slate roof coverings and old blown dome windows. We installed a new low pitch compatible Cambrian man-made slate with brand new dome windows working with velux commercial to deliver our client the best possible finish on this stunning roof.

Residential Project

Roof installed for our local builder we work with regularly who was extending this property for his client. We installed a brand new Marley concrete interlocking tile to the entire roof area including velux pitched roof windows and in-roof solar panels.
